Return Policy for Scottish Kilt Outlet:

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

If you would like to return an item for a refund, please send it back to our address along with the following information:

Your order number
Reason for the return
Details if the item is faulty in any way

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and sale items.

Refund Policy:

We offer a refund policy for most items. However, engraved or custom-made items cannot be refunded unless a manufacturer’s fault is found. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you have not received your refund, we recommend taking the following steps:

Check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been processed.
Contact your credit card company, as there may be a processing delay before the refund is posted.
Reach out to your bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Please note that sale items are only eligible for refunds at regular price, and sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange Policy:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. While we are happy to exchange most items for size or color-related reasons, engraved or custom-made items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless a manufacturer’s fault is found. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at [email protected] and ship your item to the United States.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping:

To return your product, please mail it to the United States. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
